…was the question John was asking himself this morning. Having three little children and one iPad for each, John knew there was a slight change that he would someday encounter a broken iPad screen in the family. Sure enough, today was the day. It happen during breakfast at the kitchen counter. The iPad was sitting a little too close to the edge and decided to take a tumble to the ground. When his wife picked it up, the result was a cracked iPad screen. If you look at the picture, it wasn’t pretty. John decided to search around the Tokyo area for a repair service that worked on broken iPads. After a few minutes, he found us and filled out one of our repair forms. We got in touch with him right away and arranged an appointment to meet him in his office in Shinjuku. After about 45 minutes, we replaced the cracked screen with a new one.
